Unleash your child's creativity at our Frame by Frame: Stop Motion Animation Camp! Designed for curious and imaginative 3rd to 5th graders, this hands-on camp introduces the magic of stop motion storytelling. Campers will explore the basics of animation, storyboard creation, and set design as they bring their ideas to life, frame by frame.
Led by Sidwell Friend’s Lower School Director of Academic Technology and Librarian, this week-long, morning only camp, enables campers to create their own animated short films using clay, paper, and everyday objects. They’ll develop teamwork, problem-solving, and technical skills while having a blast turning their wildest imaginations into reality.
By the end of the week, your young animator will premiere their very own masterpiece to share with family and friends! This camp is perfect for budding storytellers and aspiring filmmakers.
